  THE GARDENS

Developed from an eroded sheep grazing property, Granite Gardens was first started as a private garden in the early 1990's. Granite gardens is privately owned and is floodlit at night. Pathways of bollard lighting, large gold and silver lights are situated under the Willows, Elms and Gum trees, adding another dimension to this superb garden.

ROSE GARDENS  ~  BIRD LIFE  ~  TRANQUILITY

For the connoisseur, the dominance of David Austin roses throughout the garden is evidence of its diversity and beauty. Borders of Catmint and other plantings such as Agapanthus, Camellias, Magnolias, Geranium, Succulents, Perennials and hundreds of Bulbs compliment this informal botanical marvel.

The bird life is just as plentiful; up to 60 identified species has been recorded in the garden. Silver perch has been stocked in the lake, which divides the cottages area and the main garden. Bamboo fishing poles are available for catch and release fishing during the summer months. The Fairy garden, Wishing well, Little bridges, Pathways and Water features are another attraction for young and old to discover.
